At Odessa First Assembly, loving our neighbor is more than a verse on a wall; it is part of our DNA.
Jesus calls us in Mark 12:31 to “love your neighbor as yourself.” We believe that command looks like real steps: meeting people where they are, praying with faith for their needs, and helping with willing hands.
The MPH Challenge invites every one of us to live that call. Meet someone new each week and learn a name and a story. Pray for someone you meet and, whenever you can, pray with them right there. Help someone in a tangible way—no act is too small.
This is how we build momentum together. Each step moves our church further down the road of love for our neighbors. As we meet, pray, and help, we begin to see the love of Christ move through our city.
Take the next step: use the button below to share how you met someone new, submit a name we can join you in praying for, add a prayer request of your own, or tell us how you were able to help someone. Your stories encourage others and keep us praying and serving as one church family.
